As a matter of principle, we process our users’ personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website together with our content and services. Personal data is generally processed only with the user’s consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device. This data is stored in the system’s log files. It is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and, where applicable, your name and telephone number) is stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context once it is no longer required to store it, or restrict the processing if statutory retention obligations apply.
