A two-part single-family house on a slope, surrounded by nature. Monolithic solid-timber construction with clay. Guiding principle “Genius Loci”. Split-level layout, open living areas, timber and clay in the interior.
My role: Owner, project development, construction coordination, quality assurance.
2021 · Own project
New residential building in Vienna Währing. 17 units across 7 levels, including underground parking. Modern architecture with high-quality fit-out.
My role: Owner, project development and site supervision.
2015 - 2023
Over 15 residential projects in Vienna (districts 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15). Focus: renovation, revitalisation and new construction of residential buildings. Total sales volume in the double-digit millions.

Beachfront luxury villas on Nhon Hoi Bay, Binh Dinh. Around 290 villas across 22 ha, operated by Fusion. Honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023 (Best Residential Development, Architecture Multiple Residence).
