What to check in Poland
Derived from the four weakest dimensions of this country - statistically, that is where buyers lose money.
- Demand pipeline. Whether there is real demand behind it: migration, employment, household formation.
- Tax burden. The ongoing tax burden on ownership and rental income, and whether a double taxation treaty applies.
- Currency. The exchange-rate risk between purchase currency, rental currency and your own.
- Healthcare. Whether a hospital that is up to an emergency is within reach, and whether your insurance covers it.

What the guide cannot do
